Someone who has spent years building trusted relationships with candidates, has their own talent network, and enjoys approaching passive candidates for challenging opportunities.
You are comfortable working on multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and know how to identify, engage, and close top technical talent.
You’re commercially minded, confident in negotiations, and understand both the candidate’s perspective and the client’s business needs.
