Position: Senior QA Automation Engineera (SDET)

We’re now looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer (SDET) to join a high-energy team and take a leading role in shaping test automation strategy and driving product quality in a technically advanced environment. This position goes beyond test automation — it requires an engineering mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence architecture and quality standards.
You will work closely with development teams, contributing to end-to-end system understanding, improving test coverage, and ensuring robust quality across a dynamic and evolving product.
This position is well-suited for someone who combines strong analytical skills with hands-on testing experience and is confident in working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and well-tested solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites (UI and API)
- Build and evolve scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks
- Define and improve test automation strategies and QA practices
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality (Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines)
- Analyze system behavior and verify API correctness and test coverage
- Collaborate closely with developers during refinement, planning, and implementation phases
- Support coordination within QA and share knowledge across the team
- Ensure test quality, stability, and maintainability in a fast-paced environment
- Identify risks and proactively propose improvements to testing and system quality
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Java
- Hands-on experience with UI test automation using Selenium
- Experience in API testing using RestAssured
- Practical experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Bitbucket Pipelines
- Experience with test data mocking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- High level of technical independence and decision-making ability
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to suggest and drive improvements
- Fluent in Polish and English (minimum B2+/C1 level)
Nice to have:
- Experience with MongoDB
- Experience in API test coverage analysis
- Previous experience in SDET / Developer in Test roles
- Experience working in international, distributed teams
