Position: Senior Product Data Analyst

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Product Data Analyst to join a data-driven business environment where analytics directly supports strategic decision-making and business growth. In this role, you will work with large-scale datasets, develop analytical solutions, and independently drive projects from identifying business needs to presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders. You will combine strong technical skills with a business-oriented approach, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to turn complex data into actionable outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop analytical and automation solutions using Python, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Work with large-scale and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
- Conduct end-to-end analyses, from understanding business needs and defining the scope to presenting findings and recommendations
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations
- Proactively identify business opportunities and analytical needs rather than working solely on predefined requests
- Initiate and lead analytical projects, coordinating with relevant stakeholders throughout the process
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models supporting business decision-making
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and senior managers, effectively communicating analytical findings and influencing decisions
- Contribute to the development and improvement of analytical solutions and data-driven processes
Must-have requirements:
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analytics
- Strong Python skills and hands-on experience writing code
- Advanced SQL skills and the ability to independently query and analyze large datasets
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and collaborative code management
- Experience working with large-scale and mature data environments
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or comparable solutions
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
- Proven ability to work independently and drive analytical projects end-to-end
- Proactive approach and the ability to identify business needs and propose solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to present insights to senior business stakeholders
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or another public cloud environment
- Experience with Airflow
- Experience with Looker / Looker Studio, particularly creating or working with Explores and business-oriented data models
- Experience creating data models or analytical data marts for business users
- Knowledge of pricing and/or experience working with pricing-related data
- Experience in Advertising, AdTech, e-commerce, banking, FMCG, consulting, or other data-intensive industries
- Practical experience using AI or Machine Learning techniques to automate or scale analytical solutions
