Position: Senior Full Stack Java Developer (Angular)

We’re now looking for a Senior Full Stack Java Developer with Angular to join an international technology team developing and maintaining enterprise-scale leasing and mobility solutions. In this role, you will work on modern applications supporting business-critical processes across multiple European markets.
You will collaborate within Agile cross-functional teams alongside Product Owners, Scrum Masters, engineers, designers, and technical leaders, contributing to scalable software solutions built with modern Java technologies, Angular, cloud platforms, and containerized environments.
The role is based in Warsaw with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days per week in the office. The position is offered as a permanent employment contract (UoP) with a competitive salary package and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and Angular
- Build scalable backend services using modern Java technologies and Spring Boot
- Develop and enhance frontend applications using Angular
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment
- Create maintainable, secure, and high-performance applications
- Work with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
- Contribute to application architecture and technical design decisions
- Integrate applications with internal and external systems
- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing solutions
- Collaborate with international teams across different locations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in modern Java development
- Very good knowledge of Angular
- Practical experience with Spring Boot
- Experience developing full-stack applications
- Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of modern software architecture principles
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Native-level Polish language skills
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level
Nice to have:
- Experience working with cloud platforms and cloud-native solutions
- Experience with enterprise-scale applications
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps tools
- Experience working in international technology organizations
- Experience with leasing, mobility, banking, or financial services domains
- Knowledge of additional frontend or backend technologies
