About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Business Manager who understands the IT outsourcing and staffing industry and knows how to build business from the ground up.

This role is primarily focused on new business acquisition, while also developing and expanding existing client relationships. In a startup environment, there is no strict separation between business development and account management – you will own the commercial relationship from the first conversation through long-term partnership growth.

You’ll be expected to think like a business owner, identify opportunities, build trust with decision-makers, collaborate closely with internal teams, and contribute directly to the company’s commercial strategy and growth.


Key Responsibilities 

Drive New Business (Primary Focus) 

  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline across Polish and  European markets. 
  • Identify, approach, and win new clients for IT Team Leasing, Body Leasing, and Permanent IT Recruitment services. 
  • Develop relationships with engineering leaders, hiring managers, HR, procurement teams, and C-level executives. 
  • Understand each client’s business challenges and recommend tailored staffing and outsourcing solutions. 
  • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close new business opportunities. 

    Grow and Manage Client Accounts 
  • Build long-term partnerships based on trust, responsiveness, and business value. 
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional consultants, recruitment projects, or new services. 
  • Act as the primary commercial contact for your clients and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. 
  • Support contract renewals and ongoing commercial discussions. 

    Partner with Talent Acquisition & Delivery 
  • Successful business development doesn’t end when a contract is signed. 
  • You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition and Delivery teams, ensuring they have a deep understanding of each client’s business, culture, technical environment, expectations, and hiring priorities. 
  • You will act as the bridge between clients and recruiters by translating commercial conversations into clear recruitment strategies that enable fast, high-quality delivery. 

    Take Ownership of Business Growth 
  • Own your portfolio of clients and be accountable for revenue growth and account development. 
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecasts, margins, and overall commercial performance. 
  • Contribute ideas that improve our sales approach, client experience, and market positioning. 
  • Collaborate with leadership to support the company’s long-term growth strategy. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Manager within an IT outsourcing, IT Team Leasing, Body Leasing, or IT Recruitment agency
  • Proven success in winning new business within the IT services or staffing industry. 
  • Strong experience managing and growing existing client accounts. 
  • An established professional network within the Polish IT market and the ability to generate business opportunities quickly through existing relationships. While we do not expect you to bring clients with contractual commitments, you should already have the credibility, network, and market presence to open doors from day one. 
  • Solid understanding of IT Team Leasing, Body Leasing, Permanent Recruitment, and consulting services. 
  • Experience working closely with Talent Acquisition teams and translating client expectations into successful recruitment and delivery outcomes. 
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Commercial mindset combined with emotional intelligence and relationship-building abilities. 
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a startup environment where ownership and initiative are essential. 
  • Fluent English (C1 or higher). Additional European languages are an advantage. 
  • Native Polish speaker is a must. 
  • Willingness to visit our Warsaw office approximately once per month.

  • Established strong collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Delivery teams. 
  • Become a trusted advisor to your clients rather than just a supplier. 
  • Made a measurable contribution to the company’s revenue growth and market presence.
