Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of your product area, ensuring its development, optimization, and success.
- Define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and manage the backlog – deciding “what and why now.”
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the product aligns with business goals and user needs.
- Analyze lead flows and business processes, recommending improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Define functional requirements and maintain clear product documentation.
- Monitor product KPIs and success metrics, implementing actions to optimize performance.
- Identify risks and initiate preventive measures to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Act as Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning and backlog refinement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar roles in digital projects.
- Ability to make informed product decisions and prioritize features effectively.
- Strong ownership and accountability for product success.
- Systemic thinking with the ability to understand business and technical interdependencies.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders and clearly communicating product priorities.
- Ability to analyze business processes and improve user experience.
Nice to Have:
- Analytical or technical background.
- Familiarity with product management and reporting tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar).
- Experience with CRM-class systems or similar platforms.
