We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own and drive product initiatives focused on user conversion, retention, and engagement across digital platforms. This role is ideal for a data-driven, analytical, and composed professional who can translate business objectives into impactful product solutions and consistently optimize user journeys based on measurable outcomes.

The role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and technology, with a strong focus on conversion funnels, repeat usage, and engagement mechanisms.

Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of product initiatives aimed at improving user conversion (visits → leads) and retention, primarily across web platforms (mobile as a secondary scope).
  • Defining product vision, roadmap, and priorities based on business goals, user behavior, and data insights.
  • Close collaboration with marketing teams on loyalty, engagement, and reactivation mechanisms (e.g. alerts, notifications, campaigns).
  • Working hands-on with a Scrum-based, full-stack development team (6–7 people), including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery support.
  • Monitoring and optimizing KPIs related to conversion, retention, and engagement.
  • Designing and running experiments (A/B tests), validating hypotheses, and iterating on features to maximize impact.
  • Partnering with business, design, and marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Supporting initiatives related to funnel optimization, checkout flows, and other conversion-critical user paths.
  • Communicating product goals, progress, and outcomes clearly across teams. Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning and backlog refinement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager working on digital products or online platforms.
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization, user funnels, retention strategies, and engagement mechanics.
  • Data-driven mindset: ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, and make decisions based on evidence rather than intuition.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, business).
  • Solid knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Structured, analytical, and calm approach to complex product and business problems.
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in e-commerce, especially checkout, cart, or funnel optimization.
  • Background in loyalty programs, retention campaigns, push/email notifications, or engagement marketing.
  • Experience working with mobile applications in addition to web platforms.
