Position: Power Platform Developer (Mid)

We’re currently looking for a Mid Power Platform Developer to join an internal IT team responsible for bringing Power Platform development under standardized engineering and governance practices. This role focuses on maintaining existing business-critical applications, delivering new low-code solutions, and establishing sustainable development practices that balance speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to build, improve, and support applications while ensuring proper governance, security, and operational stability across the Power Platform ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze, stabilize, and gradually improve existing Power Apps applications and related automation workflows
- Design and develop new Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps supporting business processes
- Build and maintain automations using Power Automate and Power Query
- Support and develop reporting solutions using Power BI
- Implement lightweight ALM practices, including environment management, solutions, versioning, and controlled deployments
- Maintain development, test, and production environments within Power Platform
- Create and maintain technical documentation appropriate to the complexity of delivered solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, challenge, and refine requirements
- Translate business needs into practical and maintainable technical solutions
- Ensure security, access management, and compliance with governance standards
- Manage DLP policies and environment governance practices Improve existing solutions through incremental refactoring and modernization
- Balance rapid delivery with long-term maintainability and technical quality
- Support knowledge sharing and collaboration within the IT organization
Requirements:
- Commercial experience building Power Apps solutions, including both Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining Power Automate workflows
- Practical knowledge of ALM practices within Power Platform
- Experience managing environments, solutions, versioning, and deployment processes
- Experience taking ownership of existing applications and gradually improving legacy solutions
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling and DAX Practical experience with Power Query and advanced Excel
- Experience working with Dataverse and SharePoint as backend data sources
- Ability to balance rapid delivery with solution maintainability and technical quality
- Experience working independently and taking ownership of production solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
- Analytical skills enabling effective requirement gathering and business collaboration
- Experience working within IT standards and operational environments
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level
Nice to have:
- Experience with Power Platform governance and Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Knowledge of DLP policies and environment governance strategies
- Experience with AI integrations or AI-assisted automation solutions
- Experience integrating Power Platform with external systems using REST APIs
- Knowledge of custom connectors and Microsoft 365 or Azure integrations SQL knowledge
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or version control practices
- Experience working with ERP, financial, or enterprise systems
- Experience in commercial real estate or financial domains
