Position: Manual Tester

We’re now looking for a Manual Tester to join a high-energy team and support the delivery of high-quality web-based applications. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end manual testing activities, ensuring that systems behave as expected across various scenarios and integrations.
This position is well-suited for someone who combines strong analytical skills with hands-on testing experience and is confident in working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and well-tested solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Execute manual testing activities, including test preparation, execution, and result documentation
- Design and develop test cases, test plans, and test data sets
- Prepare and maintain test execution reports
- Log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools
- Perform integration and regression testing to ensure system correctness
- Use SQL to validate data and support testing activities
- Analyze business and technical requirements, identify gaps, and propose improvements
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Work with requirements and task management tools to track testing progress
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manual testing of web and/or mobile applications
- Strong knowledge of test case design techniques (e.g., equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, decision tables, combinatorial testing)
- Experience in creating test plans, preparing test data, and reporting test results
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
- Practical knowledge of SQL Experience in integration and regression testing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify gaps and inconsistencies in requirements
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Fluent Polish and English at a minimum B1 level
Nice to have:
- Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in testing REST APIs using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or Swagger
- Familiarity with test management tools such as TestRail
- ISTQB Foundation certification
- Basic experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Experience in systems with multiple integrations (external systems, messaging queues, batch processing)
