Position: Integration Engineer

We’re now looking for an Integration Engineer to join a high-energy international team working in a modern cloud-native environment built around DevOps principles, automation, and full ownership. This role focuses on designing, developing, and operating scalable integration solutions connecting applications, services, and data streams across a distributed ecosystem.
You will work with Python, Kubernetes, Azure Cloud, and workflow orchestration technologies to build robust integration services and automate complex data and process flows in an Agile and highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain integration services using Python
- Build and operate workflow-driven integrations using orchestration frameworks such as Argo
- Workflows Develop scalable and reliable DAG-based integration flows
- Containerize and deploy services in Kubernetes-based cloud environments
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure high code quality
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to gather and translate integration requirements
- Provide consulting and technical guidance on integration architecture and best practices
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment automation
- Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and GitOps practices
- Ensure observability, scalability, and operational reliability of integration services
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and DevOps processes
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Python development
- Experience building integration services and workflow-based systems
- Practical experience with Kubernetes (AKS preferred)
- Strong understanding of cloud-native and containerized architectures
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, especially integration and messaging workloads
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Argo Workflows, Temporal, or Airflow
- Understanding of DAG-based integration patterns Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and GitOps approaches
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborative mindset and experience working in Agile teams
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Experience with Hera SDK
- Experience with serverless architectures
- Experience designing event-driven integration solutions
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring platforms
- Experience with distributed systems and large-scale integrations
- Experience in international and cross-functional environments
