Join neXa as a Mid/Senior Data Scientist and help shape the next generation of advertising products by developing and deploying Machine Learning solutions at scale. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Analysts, and Engineers to build models that improve ad targeting and customer experience. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact ML projects while contributing to the strategic vision of a large-scale digital platform.

Responsibilities:
- Design, train, and deploy Machine Learning models aligned with product objectives and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business challenges into ML problems.
- Work with Product Analysts to design and conduct A/B tests for new ML solutions and evaluate their impact on key product metrics.
- Manage production-running models, including monitoring, diagnostics, and performance improvement.
- Cooperate with Machine Learning Engineers and Software Engineers to ensure seamless integration and lifecycle management of models.
- Share expertise within the team, contribute to project direction, and support knowledge transfer at all stages of the ML lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science, including models deployed to production (online models are a plus).
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and Machine Learning algorithms.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and ML pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python and development tools for ML workflows.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to semi-technical and non-technical audiences.
- English proficiency at B2 or higher.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in advertising technology, recommendation systems, or Ads algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Knowledge of ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, PySpark, Pandas.
- Familiarity with cloud ML tools like BigQuery, Vertex AI, Composer, Dataproc, Looker Studio.
