Position: Data Architect

We’re now looking for a Data Architect to join a high-energy team focused on building modern, scalable Data Hub solutions supporting analytics, operational reporting, and AI-driven use cases. This is a strategic and highly technical role for someone passionate about defining architecture standards, shaping data platforms, and driving engineering best practices across complex cloud environments.
You will play a key role in designing scalable data ecosystems, ensuring governance and performance, and enabling reliable real-time and batch data processing across enterprise-scale platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee scalable Common Data Layer and Data Hub architectures
- Define standards, templates, and best practices for modern data engineering
- Create scalable data models integrating multiple data sources and domains
- Architect solutions for batch and real-time data ingestion and transformation
- Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability of data platforms
- Establish data governance frameworks, security policies, and access management standards Implement monitoring, automated validation, and anomaly detection mechanisms
- Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and AI/ML teams
- Drive architectural decisions and support strategic technology initiatives
- Create and maintain architecture documentation and technical standards
- Mentor engineers and support adoption of best engineering practices
- Contribute to CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and DevOps processes
Requirements:
- Strong experience designing cloud-based data architectures
- Deep expertise with Azure data platforms and Databricks
- Strong knowledge of Apache Spark and Delta Lake
- Experience with dimensional, relational, and NoSQL data modeling
- Strong understanding of data governance, lineage, compliance, and security principles
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, ADLS, Synapse, Azure SQL, and Event Hubs
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
- Practical knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes/AKS, and Docker
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL Ability to define technical strategy and architectural standards
- Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical best practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience creating technical and architectural documentation
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting AI/ML and Generative AI data platforms
- Experience with streaming architectures and event-driven data platforms
- Familiarity with large-scale enterprise analytics ecosystems
- Experience with observability and proactive monitoring solutions
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps-driven environments
